How do I order?
Please send an e-mail to kathrin@ritziporzellan.ch, indicating the product and number of products you wish to purchase.
When will I receive my products?
It takes around 12 (Europe) to 25 (other continents) work days to ship.
Will I receive exactly what I ordered?
My products are unique, handmade vessels. They can vary slightly in color and structure. I will answer your order by sending a picture of the most similar cups or bowls which are available. So you will know what you will receive before you pay.
