How do I order?
Please send an e-mail to kathrin@ritziporzellan.ch, indicating the product and number of products you wish to purchase.
When will I receive my products?
It takes around 12 (Europe) to 25 (other continents) work days to ship.
Will I receive exactly what I ordered?
My products are unique, handmade vessels. They can vary slightly in color and structure. I will answer your order by sending a picture of the most similar cups or bowls which are available. So you will know what you will receive before you pay.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping depends on the size, weight and location being shipped to. Shipping within Europe typically costs between 10 and 20 Euros while shipping to other countries costs between 20 and 50 USD. For reference, shipping two cups would cost 10 Euros to European countries and 20 USD to other countries.
